Step 1: Login
- Open the main page of the chatbot.
- In the top right corner, there is a "Log in" button. Click it.
- Enter your username and password, then click the "Log in" button.
Step 2: 'Spaces' Tab
a) Adding Spaces
- In the left menu, click on the "Spaces" tab.
- In the top right corner, you will find an "Add Space" button. Click it.
- Enter a name for the new space and an optional description.
b) Adding Documents
- From the list of available spaces, select the one to which you want to add documents.
- Click the "Add Document" button.
- Choose the method to add a document:
- Import PDF: Click "Import" to select a file from your computer.
- Paste text: Enter your text directly into the field.
- Write new: Enter your text in the editor.
- Click "Publish New Version" to add the document.
c) Querying the Chatbot
- At the top of the screen, there is a "Ask me anything" text box.
- Enter your question and press Enter.
- You will receive a response from the chatbot based on the added documents.
Step 3: 'Insights' Tab
- In the left menu, click on the "Insights" tab.
- You will see the history of all the questions that have been asked to the chatbot and the responses it has given.
- If you want to filter the results, use the search bar at the top.
Step 4: 'Widgets' Tab
- In the left menu, click on the "Widgets" tab.
- Click the "ADD+" button. Here you can choose which widget would you like to embed on website:
a) Documens library - browser of documents with AI assistant on top
b) Chatbox - Popup floating in the bottom right corner of your website
- Name this widget and optionally add description
- In the "Style and behaviour" section, choose colours and style for your chatbot.
- When the "Icebreaker" is checked, enter the question that the chatbot will ask the user upon opening the widget.
- In the "Spaces" section, add the spaces based on which the chatbot will answer questions.
- In the "Embedding on website" section, enter website address where you would like to put your chatbot. and click Enter.
- In embedding instructions there is simple one-line code to add on your website
In just a few minutes, your chatbot is ready to go! Now you can use its features, add new documents, monitor interactions, and customize its appearance to your liking. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!
