Return Policy for the QueryProof System

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase, and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. This Return Policy covers all transactions associated with the purchase of subscription plans within the QueryProof system. Please thoroughly review the following terms before making your purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Automatic Card Payment

If you purchase an auto-recurring periodic subscription within the QueryProof system, your Payment Method will continue to be billed for the subscription until you cancel. After your initial subscription commitment period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration and at the same price you initially agreed to when subscribing, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Your card payment information will be stored and subsequently used for the automatic card payments in accordance with this Agreement.

Objections to a payment already made should be directed to QueryProof's Customer Support. You can also raise objections by contacting your bank orpayment provider, who can provide further details on your rights as well as applicable time limits. You may unconditionally withdraw your consent to automatic card payments at any time by adjusting your settings within the QueryProof platform. However, please be advised that you are still obligated to pay any outstanding amounts.

Payment Deadlines:
a. Subscription payments must be made within 48 hours of the due date.
b. Should payment not be received within the specified timeframe, access to the QueryProof system will be automatically suspended.

Monthly Subscription:
a. Monthly subscriptions can be terminated at any time.
b. Please note: Upon subscribing to our service, you are entering a monthly billing cycle. If at any point you choose to end your subscription within a given month, you will not be billed for the subsequent month.
c. Upon ending a monthly subscription, the user is not entitled to any refund for the months already utilized.

Annual Subscription:
a. If you choose to terminate an annual subscription, each refund request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
b. During the refund review, we will evaluate factors such as system usage to date and the duration for which the user has utilized QueryProof.
c. A review of a refund request does not guarantee an automatic refund. The final decision will be based on an individual assessment of each case.

General Terms:
a. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the subscription termination date.
b. Users are obligated to provide all necessary information that might be required to review the refund request.
c. In cases of approved refunds, funds will be returned to the user's account within 30 days from the date of the request approval.

Please remember, cancellation of your subscription will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
